All tours can be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. (48 hours from the scheduled departure time). All refunds will be processed within two business days. Cancellation requests must be in writing by replying to the confirmation email.
All tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, no-shows for the courtesy shuttle. By not showing on time to scheduled pick up point may also result in loss of tour. All guests must provide a cell-phone or texting app (for international clients) and an email address at the time of booking and will receive texts, calls (if available) and emails reminding them of the time and place for pick-up.
Trips run rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel any tour departure for weather or safety reasons and will provide a full refund for any tour cancelled by the Company.
All guests must sign a Release of Liability Waiver.
